newest addition--night owl or an early bird?

So we have been enjoying Emmett's company in our family for about 8 weeks now. He's an adorable baby with crazy stand-up-in-all-direction strawberry blond hair. The first thing we hear when Emmett meets people is "look at his hair". He is growing up so fast, he likes to smile and just started babbling.

One thing I have not been able to figure out is what to call him- night owl or an early bird. He is the only kid we've had (so, I know we kind of lucked out in this way) that likes to wake up in the early hours of the morning (between 3 and 6 am) and hang out. He is wakes up fussy at times, but more often  he is just being all cute, babbling. Can't even bring myself to being frustrated about these early morning adventures.
